GENERAL POTTERY INFO

All of my pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise specified. However, I do recommend washing handmade pottery gently by hand in order to prevent the glaze from dulling over time.

All of my pots are handmade and vary slightly in size, shape, and color from piece to piece. Much of my work utilizes tinted porcelain - I mix the pigments and wedge them into the clay myself, which means there may be variation in how bright and/or uniform the color turns out to be. I also use a rainbow speckled glaze (which I formulate and mix myself), which presents a slightly different pattern and mix of colors on each pot. Please keep in mind that the piece you receive may not look exactly the same as the image shown on the website for these reasons.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I do not accept returns or exchanges UNLESS you find your piece to be broken or flawed when you receive it. I use extreme care when packing my ceramic work for shipping, but occasionally a breakage will occur during transport. Please contact me right away with a photo of the breakage/flaw and I will work to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

 

WHOLESALE & CONSIGNMENT

I am currently only accepting wholesale orders for specific work of my choosing (simple mugs and small planters) - please contact me to view my line sheet if you are interested in placing a wholesale order.

I require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all wholesale orders. I do not begin work on wholesale orders until I have received a deposit. My current lead time for wholesale orders is 12 weeks from the date the deposit is received. Lead times are not guaranteed.

I am currently only accepting consignment orders from local (Seattle/surrounding area) customers. I am flexible on the type and quantity of work I produce for consignment. Please contact me for consignment inquiries.

 

SHIPPING 

I typically ship work through either USPS or UPS. Once I have dropped off a shipment to the carrier, I have no control over how long it takes the shipment to reach the customer, nor any way to contact the carrier to update them with additional information. Please double check your address is correct before placing your order! If your order is returned to me due to customer error and you elect to have it re-shipped, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

I am not responsible for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost in transit. I am happy to work with you to file a claim with the carrier in the rare case that a package is lost, and will do my best to replace your missing order.
